I highly recommend Dr. Małgorzata Kaczmarczyk! I had an urgent ear problem and was very pleasantly surprised to be able to schedule an appointment and be seen the same day. Her approach to patients is very professional and matter-of-fact. The doctor thoroughly examined my ear, explained everything, and provided expert help. I highly recommend her to anyone in need!

Unfortunately, I don't recommend this doctor. I went to her with blocked ears, and she told me it was all due to a runny nose and that it would clear up. The runny nose disappeared, but my ears were still blocked. I went to another ENT specialist, who immediately diagnosed bilateral ear infections. She also performed an ultrasound and saw pus in my ears. If the doctor had even looked at my ears, she would have seen the infection, and if I had been given antibiotics for the ear infection, I wouldn't have allowed what I have now to happen. I went specifically to this doctor because she specializes in ENT, but I was very disappointed, and that was my last visit with this doctor.

I highly recommend, the doctor is always available to the patient, diagnosis and treatment are 100% effective, she is a trustworthy and very cordial person, a specialist in her field, you can feel positive energy and care right from the entrance to the office, a brilliant approach to children, everyone will be satisfied with her care.
