As a radiologist, Ms. Małgorzata demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity in her work. Giving a critical BIRADS 4C rating to my breasts was completely unjustified. After the MRI, it turned out that my breasts were completely healthy, when the rating should have been BIRADS 1. This was not only a huge mistake, but also the enormous stress this mistake caused me. Ms. Małgorzata showed no empathy and even uttered very inappropriate words: "I'm not surprised you're panicking." This type of behavior towards a patient is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against using her services. Ms. Małgorzata should take responsibility for these errors, as they affect not only her reputation but, above all, the health of her patients.
