Worse than a disaster. We had scheduled a cardiologist appointment since December. We arrived with two children (one of them 4 months old). The reception desk was silent. We sat down outside the office and waited, waited, waited. After 45 minutes, the doctor appeared and informed us that we still had to wait because another patient was late. It's a shame no one informed us. After an hour and a half of waiting, we gave up.

I'm evaluating the collection point. If you value your time, I recommend choosing a different one. The point is open from 7:00 to 11:00. I arrived at 8:20. I wanted to run a blood sugar and insulin curve from three collections. I waited patiently in line. There were five people ahead of me, including one who just had to do a urine test. It took two nurses an hour to serve all five of them... At 9:20, it was finally my turn, and the nurses said it was unfortunately too late to run a blood sugar curve. They said it wasn't their fault. But mine? I highly recommend it.

The ALAB website says the collection point is open until 11 a.m. on Sundays, but Google says the same. I arrive at 10:30 a.m. (-13.5°C), and it's locked down. I arrived by car, but what if someone had to walk all the way through Otwock? Someone's being ridiculous.

They ignore the patient. A blood test is theoretically possible, but you have to wait forever even though there's no one in line. The staff rushes from place to place, avoiding contact. There's no one at the reception desk. It's a waste of time.

There's absolutely no parking. Neither on the premises nor in the surrounding area. The people working there know nothing. The reception is open at odd hours – specific times of the day. It's impossible to find out anything. Registration is problematic. No one answers the phone.
