On February 17, 2026, I had the "pleasure" of visiting Dr. Sidorowicz. My previous two visits with him were simply flawless, simply excellent! I thought I had found a family doctor for years, one who would understand my problem and who I could simply count on. I was sorely disappointed... You should be a doctor, not be... You should be a good person, not be... The negative reviews about Dr. Sidorowicz are spot on. Anna Ż.

My experience registering at Medicomplex was very negative. I called promptly at 8:00 AM. Upon answering the phone, the receptionist asked me to wait—in the end, I waited seven minutes. When I called back, it turned out there were no more appointments available for the doctor I wanted to see. Although registration is officially open from the morning, in practice, making an appointment by phone is practically impossible. This gives the impression that the only real chance of getting an appointment is to wait in person long before the doctor opens. This solution is completely incompatible with today's standards of patient care and urgently requires improvement.

There was no information about the final price. Only on the day of my occupational medicine appointment did I learn that the price wouldn't be 200, but 360, because the 200 zloty fee was for the certificate itself, not the certificate and tests. Twice, there was an hour's delay. The doctor was unpleasant. On the plus side, the ladies at the reception desk, at the entrance, and in the office were nice. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to cover the rest of the issues.

I use this clinic regularly. Modern facilities, a large number of family doctors and pediatricians, a large number of specialists covered by the National Health Fund, excellent and modern diagnostic equipment, four blood collection points, and ambulances. The doctors easily order specialized tests and refer patients to specialists. We're all there as a family. I recommend it to everyone.
