At first glance, the doctor seems very friendly, kind, and competent. Unfortunately, after a long conversation, this impression quickly disappears. She tends to dismiss patient concerns and is reluctant to listen when you try to explain your problem. I came in with a specific condition, and the only advice I received was… meditation and “doing nothing.” The doctor frequently interrupted, not letting me speak, and seemed to see only her side of the story, completely ignoring my experiences and feelings. I feel that the doctor handles simpler, standard cases well, but when the problem is more complex, she lacks empathy and flexibility. I've even been told that I'm like a "rudderless ship, rocking in all directions when the wind blows"—which I consider a very unprofessional and unnecessary comparison. I do not recommend this diabetologist, especially to those looking for a doctor who is insightful and open to dialogue with their patients.

My wife had a procedure scheduled well in advance, that's how much it costs, but on site you have to add 300 PLN for a preventive examination just in case, when it comes to doctors, it's not the National Health Fund Edit Another visit, which was to confirm whether the previous procedure was performed correctly, another 300 PLN, answer for yourselves whether it's worth it

I visited Dr. Paulina Sopońska on Tuesday, and I must say she was a very nice and warm person who explained everything thoroughly after conducting a medical interview. Of course, I wholeheartedly recommend the clinic, nice atmosphere and the lady at the reception was also nice and smiling.

As long as the offices were in the same building, the receptionists were great and helpful. I don't know where they've gone, because the service in Part A is a complete mess. The receptionist was rude, as if she were working as a punishment. Moreover, the PZU patient was treated as a second-class patient, obviously by the receptionist, because the doctor's visit was, as always, professional.

I highly recommend Dr. Marta Kierlanczyk for your pregnancy care. She's completely professional and gentle during the examination. She's very careful and observant. This means you can fully trust and feel safe that everything will be alright. 😊 In my opinion, she's the second Dr. Moszczyńska I had the pleasure of caring for my pregnancy with almost a decade ago. ❤️
