Unfortunately, reaching the primary care registration office is a huge problem. Phones are often unanswered and disconnected after 45 minutes, making it impossible to schedule an appointment or obtain information. The organization of registration and patient contact definitely needs improvement. This clinic is a complete joke.

I've been a patient of various specialists at this Health Center for many years. It can be quite a long wait to get through to the registration desk (which is understandable, given the Center's large patient population), but the receptionists are always incredibly kind and friendly. The doctors I've seen or still see are very professional (I especially recommend Dr. Werbowy, whose patient I've been for several years), as are the physiotherapists and everyone in the X-ray department. Since I started at this Health Center, I've felt cared for and have never considered changing.

I made an appointment with gynecologist Marta Winiarczyk-Sapieżyńska. It was my first visit ever. When I told the doctor that my stomach hurts A LOT during my period, she said it was normal. Pain that makes it impossible to get out of bed and function normally without medication is absolutely NOT normal, and I think most people know that. I asked if any medication could be prescribed, and the doctor said, "You can go to the pharmacy for that." I do not recommend this doctor; her approach was terribly unprofessional. This visit has completely ruined my desire to see a gynecologist in the future.

I call and call and call. The music is blaring, but no one answers. In January, before changing my number, I made two phone appointments and everything went well. Now, they're making a mockery of the patient. It's outrageous treatment 👎

Avoid a psychiatrist. Dr. Grażyna Serafin worsens the mental state, causes low self-esteem. The last visit was a year and a half ago. Fortunately, I changed doctors. I won't describe the situation in detail here because I've recovered from a huge trauma. My loved ones, husband, and son helped me believe in myself again. I know one thing: this doctor shouldn't be a doctor. She has no professional approach, no empathy, just the opposite. Run away from this doctor.
