  Despite receiving a text message about the canceled March appointment, it's still listed in the online registration system, which is incomprehensible to me. I can't schedule another appointment because of this. I don't know if it's their mistake or if it's actually canceled. The next appointment is listed for the end of June, and I've already been waiting two months for my March appointment. I tried to resolve the issue by calling the registration desk, but the receptionist is very unpleasant and claims she can't hear me, even though I'm already talking very loudly into the phone (I have no problem with other people). I had to hang up because it wasn't necessary. I don't know if my name is too complicated to hear or what the problem was.

  Yesterday, November 18th, I called the receptionist and was met with a very rude woman again. I believe that Gemelli, as a facility that cares for pregnant women, should provide much kinder and more empathetic telephone support. Attributing many negative reviews to "misunderstandings" is simply ridiculous, because the last time I called was a year ago, and the exact same thing happened to me. There are so many negative reviews about the receptionists, who are supposed to be especially kind to pregnant women—but unfortunately, they aren't. I should add that I'm not currently pregnant, so don't blame it on hormones ;) It's time to finally do something about this, instead of constantly hiding behind supposed misunderstandings and insisting that the receptionists are doing their job well, because unfortunately, they are not. I should add that I go to Dr. Michalski and I'm truly extremely happy with him—every visit is professional, committed, and calm. I would give him five stars without hesitation. However, regarding the receptionist, I'm unfortunately only giving him one star.

  On May 5th, I registered online for an appointment on October 1st. Today, September 30th—the day before my scheduled appointment six months earlier—I received a call from my midwife informing me that the doctor had been on vacation since June until October, and tomorrow's appointment would not take place. When I asked what I should do if there were no appointments available for this year, I was told that it wasn't the midwife's fault or her responsibility. When I asked why the appointment was being canceled the day before, I was told that it wasn't the midwife's fault. It's absurd and outrageous that after waiting six months for an appointment, I received a call the day before (!) informing me that it wouldn't take place, and the midwife showed no real interest in resolving the situation. I understand that this is the National Health Fund (NFZ), but this is a complete lack of respect for the patient. I have great respect for the doctor I see, but I think I'm forced to find a specialist again.

  Dr. Wojciech Michalski is the best doctor ever! He was my primary care physician during my first pregnancy, and I truly couldn't have received better care. Everything was explained thoroughly, and he answered every question thoroughly, so I was well-informed every step of the way. And the midwife, Ms. Ela, was a sweetheart—her weekly calls asking about my health definitely lifted my spirits, and I knew I was in good hands.

  I'm very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Thomas Tabaszewski. He's an exceptionally competent, kind, and dedicated specialist who treats his patients with respect and creates a comfortable atmosphere. He explains everything thoroughly, dedicates as much time as needed, and is a consummate professional. I feel truly cared for at every visit. I wholeheartedly recommend him :) The doctor is also always kind and thorough. I highly recommend the Gemelli clinic!
