  Unfortunately, only one star for the tone, behavior, and disregard for the receptionists. It was early morning on September 9th. It would be nice if the women on this shift were vetted, as we're in the 21st century, and the women behave like those straight out of a black comedy about communist-era clinics. Zero empathy, willingness to help, or even a shred of commitment to their work. Just "it's impossible, it's not possible, it's not possible," and all in a vulgar tone. It's a shame, because the doctor is a very nice and professional woman, as are the midwives at the clinic. Are there really no employees out there who understand the importance of personal etiquette?

  My doctor recommended a repeat breast ultrasound within 4 to 6 months. At the registration desk, I was told that registration is closed until the end of the year. I can try to re-register on the first of the month. If it turns out that the lesion detected by the doctor is growing, I will file a complaint with the appropriate authorities for the lack of access to basic breast cancer diagnostics.

  A great doctor. A big no-no for the receptionists who told me to come in at 7 weeks postpartum. After an hour on the road, I was refused admission and told to come back in two weeks.

  I waited three months for an appointment with Dr. Karolina German. I was supposed to see her in an hour. But I received a text from the clinic saying my appointment was canceled because the doctor wasn't available?!?! Doctors don't have access to the appointment calendar?? I think the clinic should at least suggest an appointment with another doctor, but why? You make an appointment just for fun! Terrible treatment of the patient!!! It's not even worth the star...

  I had an appointment with Adam Wróbel scheduled for August via e-registration, and when I arrived, after waiting an hour, I checked the e-registration website and suddenly my appointment was gone. I received a booking confirmation in August, but there was no information about a cancellation. The website showed it as if the appointment had never been scheduled, even though everything had been fine the day before. I wasn't called even 40 minutes after my appointment time (9:45 AM), and the women who had appointments for 10 AM or later kept coming and going. I'm a young person who doesn't fully understand how healthcare works, but such mistakes are unacceptable, especially when we're talking about a clinic that specializes in genital health, and examining these areas for young or anxious people is very stressful, even just the thought of it. I didn't speak to the doctor because catching him among patients and asking why I wasn't called is next to impossible if you're shy. I'm very disappointed with this situation.
