It's a complete disaster. The reception desk is incomprehensible and sometimes unpleasant. The doctors are a complete joke. One is distrustful and doesn't want to listen to the patient, only to offer his own advice. Another, who seems to have never used a computer before, spent 30-40 minutes with each patient. The system crashed 10 times, and in the middle of the appointment, he gives himself an injection, where he then sits covered in blood, oblivious. Another doctor told me point-blank that he doesn't know what he's doing because he's a temporary replacement and couldn't even help. It's also impossible to manage your illness because there's a different person every time. There are strange methods for making an appointment, some kind of same-day phone call competition. You can call 30 minutes after opening and there might be no available appointments. Or you can call and be told there's no doctor at all, because why would they come on a weekday? From that perspective, they're just lying there. The lab is very nice, explains everything calmly, goes the extra mile to show you what's where and how, how to get results, and what to click. And then there's the constant scheduling of appointments, which then leads to the typical "queues," and the receptionists don't care, leaving the organization in the hands of the sick patients. Look for another clinic; the only good one here is the lab!

It's a disaster, and the only right decision is to change clinics. You can't get in to see a doctor because only a pediatrician is available that day. If you want to see a doctor, call the next day. Maybe you'll get through and someone will see you.

Night Medical Assistance – a misunderstanding. When I called earlier to ask about the number of patients waiting, I was told it was confidential information that couldn't be provided over the phone. I have an infant and it's a bit of a trek to Środa Śląska, so I'd like to plan my arrival carefully. The receptionist isn't interested. I'll see for myself when I arrive. Very professional.

When I called and asked if the pediatrician was accepting patients, I was told that yes, I was asked for my child's name and surname. I provided the appointment time, and no one asked if there was a declaration. Upon arrival, it turned out the doctor didn't have the child in the system and wouldn't accept the child. When I asked her to refuse admission, she refused, explaining that she wasn't obligated to do so. I finally submitted the appropriate declaration, but the doctor said that if I submitted the declaration, she wouldn't see me today because it doesn't work that way. It doesn't work that way because of these uneducated people who see the European Health Card as some kind of black magic and are pushing their own theories. So why did you schedule an appointment over the phone and then cause problems on the spot? Right after leaving, I heard from passersby that this particular doctor is very problematic and always picks holes in everything. I don't know about doctors, but the receptionist needs to be retrained or replaced at least because the level of professionalism she represents is simply nonexistent, and the entire company is receiving feedback.

Na moją prośbę, że mąż do piątku to może umrzeć.Odpowiedz ,była taka :takie są realia w Polsce i dlatego ludzie umierają.Zamias pomocy i prośby o pomoc odesłano nas z kwitkiem. To jest skandal !!!!
