  Terrible treatment of patients. The doctor is over 2.5 hours late. These are not the times when we should bow to the doctor to see us. There's no respect. This isn't a one-off.

  I visited Dr. Ewa Kwiatkowska. Her approach to patients was very professional. She clarified every doubt and patiently answered questions. She was attentive. If necessary, she referred patients for additional tests. She saw them on time. I highly recommend her.

  Getting through to the registration desk is next to impossible – either no one answers, it's busy, or the caller immediately rejects the call. There's only one receptionist, a kind and professional woman who always answers calls quickly and is very helpful. If you're lucky enough to find her, it's perfect. If not, you'll have to be patient and keep calling for weeks. But what wouldn't you do to get in to your favorite doctor? 😊. It's a shame there's no online registration for National Health Fund (NFZ) appointments, only for fully paid appointments.

  As for the gynecologist, there's nothing to criticize. However, the woman who answered the phone, B.J., was rude and outrageous! She yells at patients. Such people shouldn't work in facilities that serve the public, especially the sick. Does anyone even pay attention to basic standards there? This isn't communist Poland anymore, my dear lady.

  I had all the necessary tests done for my women without any problems, queues, or trouble getting through. The midwives were super nice and didn't mind rescheduling my appointment. Everything was on time, and even happened ahead of schedule. Dr. Ewa Kwiatkowska was kind and thorough.
