  A very competent and kind doctor. I'm very pleased with my visit and already know I'll be her patient for life. Everything was explained to me in the office, and her approach is different from my previous doctors. Above all, she has a holistic approach, limited to a quick gynecological visit (examination, prescription, and that's it). She makes various suggestions, asks questions, and explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend her :)

  Yesterday, I visited Dr. Ewa Roczniok for an NFZ-funded appointment at the Salve clinic on Łagiewnicka Street in Łódź. I informed her that I was pregnant and needed a referral for tests. She replied that Salve only offers pregnancy care under the KOC program. I knew about this program and was scheduled for an appointment under it next week, but I wanted to come with the results already, as I haven't had any blood tests done since I became pregnant. However, I didn't know that outside of this program, pregnant women aren't accepted for regular NFZ-funded gynecological visits; no one had informed me of this beforehand. So I politely replied that I didn't want to see her for pregnancy care and only wanted a referral for blood tests and asked if she could issue one for me. Instead of the doctor politely telling me that it wasn't possible (which would have ended the conversation in a civilized manner; I wasn't about to argue with her about it. I came for the appointment because I didn't know that pregnant women weren't accepted outside the KOC program), she instead pulled out her phone and said, "Okay, I see I've got SOME WOMAN WHO DOESN'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING again. I'll call the office and have someone else explain it to you, and maybe you'll understand." Such an aggressive response to my single question. I became very upset because I wasn't used to being treated so rudely, and I replied, less politely, that I wasn't an idiot to be called "SOME WOMAN WHO DOESN'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING." I think it's reprehensible to speak so disrespectfully to patients, especially pregnant patients, for whom stress is not recommended.

  Today I saw Dr. Ewa Roczniok for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised by her professionalism, as well as her friendly, approachable approach to me, the patient. She outlined my next steps, including referrals for additional tests, so we'll see each other again. I highly recommend Dr. Roczniok and wish there were more doctors like her.

  I highly recommend Dr. Kowalczyk. Every visit is a pleasant and friendly experience, and she answers all questions and thoroughly investigates every complaint, so I leave feeling confident that everything has been checked out for my health. It's clear she has the knowledge and experience to put to good use in patient care. I wish there were more doctors like her 😊

  All the negative comments contain not a grain of truth, but a whole bag of truth. This woman completely lacks sound professional ethics and empathy. But as long as she was performing her duties, as far as we could tell, we turned a blind eye. Now, however, consider whether, out of her innate malice and lack of ethics, she might have deliberately omitted something that could have affected the child. We can't judge this; you have to answer for yourselves. Furthermore, this woman, overnight, stopped seeing patients at Salve, did NOT complete her pregnancy care, and simply left. Can you understand, in the context of her first pregnancies, the stress and challenges of parenthood, that the attending physician simply walked away? Scandal and lack of ethics are an understatement. Of course, the response will be threats of a lawsuit or some vague explanation, etc., which only confirms the lack of quality of this woman's work and manners. We have also written a letter to the Medical Chamber. Give this woman a wide berth, now and forever.
