I came to Dr. T. Kasprzak in April, on the recommendation of my doctor. He confirmed the need for surgery. A date was set. As it turned out, the date had to be postponed, he himself called to inform me. During my stay in the ward, I noticed Dr. Kasprzak was always smiling and friendly. All I needed was for him to come and briefly summarize the procedure or explain the post-operative instructions in detail (e.g., whether the suture was dissolvable; this information wasn't included in the discharge summary). However, this isn't a complaint, just a statement of fact. A week after leaving the hospital, as I was sitting in the waiting room, the doctor noticed me, recognized me, and asked with concern if everything was okay. I haven't experienced any of the post-operative complications described online. Doctor, thank you for the efficient surgery.
