I had a very positive experience with Dr. Aleksandra Stefaniak. She listened to me very carefully, understood all the details of my condition, and provided clear and appropriate treatment. I felt taken seriously and well cared for throughout the visit. The only downside was the location of the clinic — it is situated inside the OVO office building and there is no clear clinic sign, which made it a bit difficult to find. I would recommend arriving earlier to have enough time to locate the office. Overall, I am very satisfied with the visit and would definitely recommend Dr. Alexandra Stefaniak.

I'm very disappointed with the service. I visited the urologists Andrzej Przybyła twice and paid 300zl twice= 600. On each visit, the urologists prescribed wrong medication that couldn't ease pain for a second. I wasted my time and money for poor service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to this facility

Nice doctor Karol Bielasik, but absolutely awful service and organization of the clinic. 1. They send a message a day before asking me to call them and confirm the visit. Seriously? Maybe you'll manage to call yourself or just send a confirmation message? 2. They send a message 30 minutes before the visit that the doctor will be late for 30 minutes. Sorry, half an hour is too short notice, isn't it? 3. Then the visit is delayed for more than an hour. The receptionist is totally indifferent, she just says: I don't know what to say, you'll have to wait. Ask a doctor why the visit is delayed, not me. But it was not a doctor to make an appointment, it was receptionist. And now she says this doctor cannot estimate the time. So unproffessional.

At the day of my visit just cancelled the visit. I had to do IMPORTANT research EXACTLY at this days, but this idiotic clinic decided that it doesn’t matter. Now I have to find another clinic and hope that everything goes right. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GINEMEDICA

220 zl for the air I ordered a psychiatrist visit with the specific disease. The phone consultant suggested me a most suitable doctor for me based on her opinion, I have accepted her choice. At the visit, doctor just filled 1st appointment form, suggested me to continue or replace my current medical prescription, and asked me to visit the other doctor for the same disease from the same clinic (how handy). Everything took not more than 30 minutes. So basically I spent 220zl + hour of my life just to be instantly redirected, what I could skip if phone consultant was competent enough.
