I travelled from the UK to have a Gastroscopy. The staff were very professional and caring. Olivia was very helpful and spoke perfect English. The procedure was painless and the nurses and doctors were great. The clinic is also very clean. Thank you very much Globiana staff

I can confirm what others have written here, too. I had to cancel an appointment (from my side). And I did not manage to get through by phone. I was waiting quite a significant time on the waiting list, but was not put through. And after trying again and again I only received the line-busy-tone and was not able to reach them anymore at all. So, I gave up on my cancellation attempt. If I get some invoices because of this this will go to the lawyer. I’m tired of wasting my time on phone-systems.

There is only 1 doctor of gynecolocy who is speaking english and also he got bad attitude, he shout to me like what is wrong with this doctor, I only ask a question but he shout.

I made an appointment for a consultation two weeks ago, and even after confirming it by text message two days ago, i got a message a half hour before the appointment to say it was cancelled because the Dr does not speak English. Even though i booked the appointment in English using the English option on their phone service. And even though we called to say my wife would come to translate they still said no. And this is a medical company that advertises services in English. Unacceptable service.

After the private MRI, i'm waiting a month for the description already. Choose another provider which is able to deliver description within a week.
