  The ward was modernized in 2023 and equipped with new patient rooms. Patients can count on decent hospitalization conditions. The rooms are modern and have bathrooms. The nurses provide excellent care; they are helpful and supportive during recovery, and help with pain. The ward is spotlessly clean thanks to the lovely cleaning staff. The physiotherapist deserves praise; she supports patients as they take their first steps after surgery. The doctors are highly specialized. Dr. Bobujć deserves recognition for performing the most difficult procedures, such as my osteotomy. He thoroughly examined me in his clinic, made a diagnosis, referred me for surgery, and performed the procedure with the assistance of a second doctor. The procedure was successful, and my recovery is ongoing and getting better. I'll be able to walk without crutches in a few months. The only thing missing was contact with the doctors on the ward. The patient expects a brief explanation of the procedure, but unfortunately, the visit lasts only 3 minutes, and the doctors are constantly rushing between procedures and the clinic. The department offers a wide range of services: diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders—both conservative and surgical, including hip and knee replacements, arthroscopies, and osteotomies. The time spent in the department was 4 days. I rate everything as positive.

  The ER in Głogów is excellent; the only drawback is the lack of awareness among doctors that this ward isn't for sleeping, but for providing emergency care, performing tests, and transferring patients to another location or home. No one expects miracles from doctors and nurses. The medical staff in the ER in Głogów simply forgot the general rules. Remember, doctor, nurse, you too may need help. And don't think that patients forget. Someday, they might repay you for the help they provide, especially if someone is intentionally hurting you. Of course, this opinion doesn't apply to the doctors and medical staff at the hospital in Głogów, who know why the ER was established. As a patient, you don't need a nice doctor, but a specific one. For example, you have this and that, and we can help you in this and that way. You need to stay in the hospital, or you can continue your treatment at home. You might add, "Have a nice day." You provoke patients and then wonder why they're rude or beat you. If you're not fit for this profession, change your mind, don't give others a bad impression. If a patient stays in the ER for a day without food and is unable to sleep due to pain, Dr. r.g. Despite this, I wish you and your family a pleasant day. Now I know how patients who stay in the ER for two or three days feel. If they can't speak or stand up, they don't get food or water. It's a scandal.

  In short, this hospital is a disaster, and they treat people like objects. My mother was admitted to this hospital early in the morning with a suspected stroke. During all the tests, they determined she was healthy because the results were perfect. After spending over 10 hours in the emergency room, they determined my mother was faking it and discharged her, claiming she was healthy. When my mother could barely speak and was paralyzed, she began to convulse throughout her body. When my father and I started calling for someone to come to my mother, a nurse approached, brought a wheelchair, and told us to leave the hospital because my mother was healthy. It's outrageous! How can anyone treat someone like this!? A person suffers, and they say they're healthy! I don't recommend this hospital. Fortunately, Dr. Diallo arrived that evening and directed me to the hospital in Nowa Sól by ambulance. Thank you, Dr. Diallo. If it weren't for him, my mother would surely have died. There were also some problems in Nowa Sól, but they finally admitted my mother and diagnosed a cervical spine injury and suspected stroke. I thank the health service in Nowa Sól for their professional handling of my mother's situation. I do not recommend the hospital in Głogów, where the staff lacks any humanity whatsoever. Only Dr. Diallo turned out to be a human being, for which I am very grateful.

  I went to the ER at the hospital in Głogów with acute abdominal pain while passing through. Based on my family's advice, I was already slowly saying goodbye to life. I'd heard stories about long lines and ubiquitous rudeness... I don't know if I was lucky or if I got on the right shift, but everything was practically perfect. From the moment I entered the ER, I was politely briefed on the procedures by the receptionist, took a number, and waited. The reception area was very clean, with ample seating in the waiting room. The monitor displayed the average wait time. Interestingly, it was very close to the truth, which is unusual in larger hospitals. After about 30 minutes, I was undergoing initial tests, and moments later, I was waiting for the results of my blood tests. There was a slight hiccup here, as the doctor thought it was poisoning (the results were inconclusive) and if I hadn't insisted on a CT scan, he would have sent me home with appendicitis. However, when it turned out I needed to be admitted to the ward, everything moved very quickly. I was transported by a paramedic to a brand new room with three more beds. It had a TV, a shared bathroom with another room, warmth, and very comfortable beds. It's truly beyond reproach. There may have been some minor lapses, but ultimately, the staff deserves a 5/5. I've never encountered such empathy from medical staff as I did at the surgical ward in Głogów. The nurses outdid themselves day and night, providing truly high-quality medical care. Nothing was lacking, they helped with everything. The orderlies also took great care of cleanliness, so my stay at this hospital felt more like a hotel than what I'd been used to over the past few decades. The food was also quite good. The procedure itself went smoothly; I was released after two days. My sincere thanks to the entire surgical team; this is what healthcare should be like! ❤️

  I had an appointment at the general surgery clinic for an hour. You arrive, and there are dozens of people waiting. The doctor sees patients from 9 to 11 a.m. He arrived at 9:30 a.m. He saw his first patient at 9:40 a.m. It's a disaster, I don't recommend him.
