It was my first time to visit a clinic in Poland. When they saw that I was injured, they treated me directly. Afterwards, they found out that I had not registered yet. The doctor was very considerate and took me to the second floor to register. The next day, I continued to change the dressing. When I entered the door, everyone guided me very kindly. They handed over the work very well. The doctor was very gentle in treating the wound that was stuck with blood, and his movements were very light. The whole process was not painful at all. Thank you very much!

Doctors want to treat you, order tests, and take a patient's history. There's just one problem – you have to get in to see that doctor. The receptionists do everything they can to prevent you from getting what you're asking for. They're constantly running out of appointments, and to quote the receptionist, you have to be "lucky" to get through in the morning. Even though they initially claim they answer the phone. They always have the last available appointment, and most often, there aren't any. At 7:15 a.m., they'd tell you at the reception desk that a given doctor was no longer available. The last time we finally managed to get through at 8:30 a.m., we got the classic "last appointment at 2 p.m." when you're stuck at work and they have no alternative. That same day, I went to the clinic, and the woman still wouldn't register me. After demonstrating my knowledge of their regulations, it turned out the doctor would see me. Actually, anyone would, because the doctor had NO ONE IN THE LINE. He was sitting alone in the office! (I wonder what time it was). After leaving the office, I managed to schedule a follow-up appointment this time, because the doctor probably freaked out when she saw the ultrasound, blood and urine tests, prescriptions, and discharge papers. But that's where my luck ran out. For the past month and a half, I haven't been able to successfully schedule a follow-up appointment with my treating doctor. Calling at 5 PM to schedule an appointment with Dr. Wróblewski in advance, I can't. Apparently, there are no appointments. And you can only make an appointment on a specific day. But after discussing it, it turned out that another doctor could see me in two days. Miracle! I could even choose my own time 😱 It seems like nothing can be done here without a scandal. I wonder what the departments overseeing this facility will say about this. The receptionists seem to want to be more important than the doctors. Actually, a friend once asked if they can issue prescriptions after they've already diagnosed someone at the window, and now I know why. 😅 In short: the receptionists should receive proper training in working with people before they're allowed to do so.

It's hard to review a clinic you can't get into. First, you can't get on the line, then you're 26th in the waiting list... only to be told after 40 minutes that there are no available appointments. Of course, you're calling from 7 a.m. onward. This isn't the first time this has happened. It's a shame, because the pediatric clinic is much more efficient, but it's losing out because of the adult clinics...

It's a joke... trying to get through there is like calling the Pope! I recently got through only at 11 a.m. I just needed a referral. I asked for a telehealth consultation. The lady said there were no appointments, poor patient care... what would save a doctor from calling for a minute? I don't recommend it. The big downside is that every time I try to call there, there's no signal at all. I can't always make the special trip to the clinic, which is a bit of a walk away, just to get the referral I urgently need!

I'd like to express my immense appreciation for the clinic and especially thank midwife Edyta. Her care is top-notch – professional, warm, and dedicated. Edyta always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, supports me in every situation, and is able to offer reassurance when needed most. Thanks to her kindness and knowledge, I feel cared for and at peace. She's an exceptional person who carries out her work with true passion. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic – such excellent specialists are a true treasure!
