  They don't pay attention to you, especially if you're a foreigner and can't speak Polish, even if you're in pain and can't stand it anymore. They even told to find another hospital.

  The primary care doctors are fine. When I get sick or have a medical condition, a referral is always easy. When I got a bite, they took care of me and it was over in half an hour. They have too much work, so you can often overlook a visible lack of humor or reluctance. Cons: High doctor turnover. Two of my family doctors have already left in the last six months. Phone access is also generally a downside; the line opens at 7 a.m., and you have to call exactly at 7:00 a.m. to get in. Half an hour later, it can be quite difficult, and on Mondays and Fridays, I completely give up, because making an appointment by phone with a spot is next to impossible. Unfortunately, there's also a specialist who missed his calling. He was rude, and when he found out I'd been to another specialist about the issue, before he got to work, he delivered a 15-minute lecture explaining that other doctors wouldn't lecture him, and how dare anyone go elsewhere 🤣 (I wish I'd recorded it). When I complained privately to a family member under his care, I was told, "You just have to get over it, that's just how he is. I've seen some people leave his office crying." Is this normal? I should also add that this man doesn't care much about medical records. After visiting the patient's online account, there's no record of me ever seeing this man (about 4/5 visits over 2/3 years), and I haven't encountered this in other cases. Despite all this time, this man hasn't helped me at all. I went private and managed to do everything in four months that I couldn't do with this doctor in three years. I will never go back to him, and if anyone has thyroid problems, I advise against visiting him, as he's the only specialist in this field at this facility. For a change, I'd like to praise a few people who deserve recognition for their work ethic and patient relations, but it's pointless, as they no longer work there. ;( Overall, the entire clinic deserves a solid 3-

  I would like to thank all the medical staff, especially Dr. Derczyński, for the professional knee surgery and for the thorough and understandable explanation of the treatment. I would also like to thank all the nursing staff for their kindness, patience, care, and support. Your empathy, commitment, and sense of security were of the highest standard.   The appointment with the orthopedist was very short. Dr. Mariusz Gurzeda was very professional, kind, helpful, and quick to respond. He urgently ordered a knee X-ray because I had an ultrasound. We went to the hospital and returned. Quick and good diagnosis. I recommend the doctor.
