I wholeheartedly recommend Gunarys Medical Center. I was nervous before my endoscopy, but the staff was wonderful. They took care of me from the moment I walked in, putting me at ease, and ensuring my comfort throughout. The procedure itself was quick, efficient, and peaceful. They called the next day to ask how I was feeling after the procedure—truly amazing! I'd only seen things like this in movies before. Dr. Klaudiusz Rogalski is a fantastic specialist, kind, and has a wonderful approach to patients. He performed the procedure quickly, efficiently, and with great gentleness, explaining everything along the way—a true professional! If you're worried about a gastroscopy, this is the place to go—the professionalism and patient care are top-notch. I can't imagine any other place for this type of procedure.

Hello, I'd like to thank you for my visit to this clinic. My appointment was for a colonoscopy. The staff were completely professional from the moment I entered the clinic to the moment I left. I was seen earlier than scheduled, contrary to other reviews. The doctor and nurses were very nice; we even joked about it, telling me not to worry about the test. Of course, the stress subsided when the doctor finished the test, told me the results, and told me I could go get something to eat. It provided reliable information on what to do next. The clinic is worth recommending. Best regards.

Good morning, I'd like to share my situation today. I waited 25 minutes for a consultation appointment and then canceled. When I arrive for a consultation (750 PLN) prior to a 3,000 PLN procedure, punctuality and reliable communication are very important to me. I didn't receive any information about the delay at the registration desk, which was frustrating because I wanted to feel respected. I also noticed issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom – a lack of toilet paper and a general lack of cleanliness. These elements are important to me because they contribute to the feeling of comfort and professionalism of the place. I would like my message to be considered feedback, which may help improve the organization and service standards. Thank you.
