The HappyMed antenatal class was a lifesaver for all my questions about pregnancy, preparation, childbirth, care, and lactation. A huge dose of knowledge in one place! The midwives were incredibly kind and could always be counted on. Professional in every way. Perinatal care is a pure pleasure, the women are always smiling and eager to help. I decided to have some very important, urgent tests done at this center. I was informed the results would be available within two weeks. I didn't even receive them after three weeks. I had to call and ask when I would finally receive them because, unfortunately, no one kept me informed. I gave the receptionist my email address and asked for a scan. I still haven't received it. The tests were very important, and time is of the essence. The center is unprofessional and disrespectful to the patient.
