I was with occupational medicine. Everything went very smoothly. The receptionists were kind and helpful. The blood test was done quickly and painlessly. I recommend it 😊

The service is absolutely abysmal!! The day before my appointment, the woman called and informed me that I couldn't get the tests done because they didn't have a contract. In such cases, they issue a standard invoice, which I would have paid immediately. The woman rudely hung up on me when I asked why they were only informing me the day before. I registered two weeks ago... I was sentenced to one day without the tests, and I had to find another place quickly. The woman should be fired for this behavior. I wouldn't have said anything if they called me immediately after registration, saying it wouldn't work. I hope that everyone would treat her the same way she did today.

I was in occupational medicine. The organization of the tests was top-notch. No lines, quick, pleasant, and enjoyable. The tests were conducted in a very good atmosphere, polite, and calm. My only reservations are about the women at the reception desk. They're quite rude. Even at 7:30 a.m., they're talking casually, as if they'd been working for seven hours and were tired. What's obvious to them isn't to me, as I'm not a regular at such places. This needs to be improved.

My visit was for occupational medicine. As for the medical staff, everything here is top-notch. Dr. Beata Bazan and the nurses demonstrated complete professionalism, courtesy, and kindness – a huge plus. However, the reception staff is the absolute downside of this facility. I encountered a glaring lack of courtesy – the receptionists were rude, brusque, and took the liberty of addressing me as "you" even though they didn't know me. I believe this level of service is unacceptable in a medical facility and should be corrected immediately. Registration is where the patient's interaction with the clinic begins – unfortunately, here it was decidedly below any standards.

The reception staff is a bit communist-inspired. They have no respect for patients, and their knowledge of how to operate a clock is a bit of a mystery.
