I myself am a traumatologist, and we went to ER in Wadowice to get an x-ray of a foot, where i suggested to the triage the MT5 bone could be broken and i needed to see if it was displaced. Now the fracture on its own is an ESI4 meaning it could wait 2h until it gets seen by a doctor and gets an x-ray. We were about 12:00 AM in the ER and the triage told us that doctor Kosetka will be admitting non urgent cases since 14:30,and its up to us if we want to wait or no. In front of us there were around 40-50 people with various problems waiting. So i decided to leave the ER with my girlfriend, and we did in a local private Radiology the x-ray and i had to immobilize the fracture myself. Now if i werent a doctor i imagine the whole experience would be around 5-6 hours for a non critical fracture that couod be solved within 15 minutes. I suggest to whole staff to learn the ESI index, learn the international language of medicine (latin) and i would suggest to ER chief of staff that at least 1 traumatologist should be all the time in the ER, as this is one of the most common disciplines that the patients need. I would like to wholeheartedly thank the entire staff of Internal Medicine Ward II for the excellent care they provided to my grandmother during her hospital stay. I am so grateful to the doctors, midwives, and all the staff at the gynecology department for saving my life. They show tremendous empathy every day, even in the office. I underwent a quick diagnosis and successful oncological surgery. After radiotherapy, I returned to work four months after surgery, and my follow-up results are good. They are wonderful and dedicated people, and I wholeheartedly support the efforts to save this department and its wonderful staff, as they can save many more patients.

The obstetrics and gynecology department is of a very high standard. I gave birth to my second child there, and the care was excellent for the second time. The neonatal specialists, midwives, pediatricians, and gynecologists were wonderful. They answered every question calmly and were always there to help. The midwives provided tremendous support during labor. I highly recommend them.
