The clinic was very poor. I came in with a 40-degree fever, vomiting, and joint pain. The staff were completely unconcerned about my health and were rude, especially the woman with black hair. They showed zero understanding for the patient. I was treated like meat and a nuisance. I only received help after threatening the situation publicly in the media and demanding a letter stating I wouldn't be accepted. Then, suddenly, a place was found for me.

We came for a doctor's appointment with our sick child. The appointment wasn't for another week. The doctor suggested we go to the second floor and go inside so we could listen to the child. We were refused, saying she had a lot of patients, even though there were no patients at all in the hospital. It's a disgrace to doctors like that! We have to wait a week with a sick child... SHAME ON THESE DOCTORS.

Be careful, avoid this doctor's office. The women who work in Patient Acceptance are very rude and disrespectful. Arrogance, rudeness, and a complete lack of professionalism. It looked like the reception desk of a no-star hotel. Today, January 8, 2025, I had an X-ray of my jaw, but after checking the record, I was surprised: the record was blank. It's a shame, there can be mistakes! I called and asked for help because I have pain in my jaw and needed X-rays. The woman who answered the phone not only didn't understand my situation, but couldn't even send a copy. And that's not all. After asking for help, this woman wouldn't even give me her name, and she locked my phone. That's how I was treated. I believe a medical facility should not behave this way toward a patient with a serious health problem. Warning: Avoid this medical center. Very safe.
