I don't recommend donating blood at this blood drive-thru! I've been there twice with my little one, and both times, the tests had to be repeated because they weren't taken correctly. The little one is suffering, and the nurses should be paying attention instead of talking! The first time, the nurse dropped a vial of blood, the second time, a vein burst, the child's hand is swelling, and the tests need to be repeated. I don't recommend it! It's best to steer clear 😡

For a primary care physician to provide care and examine you, you first need to arrive, ask the doctor if they'll see you (because the patient limit for the day has been reached), and then be told no, unless you faint or something, that the next doctor will be available at 12 noon, so you have to go see them. However, the receptionist also says you HAVE TO ASK if they'll see you. You HAVE TO BEG FOR HELP. WHY ARE WE PAYING THESE FEES??? The situation on December 22, 2025, where the hallway is EMPTY!!!! NOT A SINGLE PATIENT!!!!! DEAR MANAGEMENT - I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS - THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I'm just wondering why they tell you what time you have to be there if you have to wait in line anyway, and it's not the first time, just one of the queues (always a wait of over 40 minutes :) ). Making an appointment for 10 a.m. and having to wait until 1 p.m. is a disaster.
