I'd give it a -5 because it's insane that I've been trying to get a prescription for two days now, and I've been on the hotline from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (yes, I know prescriptions are available until 2 p.m.) and the machine hangs up after 15 minutes. I call again immediately and find myself "third in line"... but that's a good thing because I'm often "ninth or eighth," it's a shame there's absolutely no chance of getting through!!! Yesterday I literally called for four hours and couldn't get through. Everyone who witnessed my persistent calling was shocked! It's insane that it's so hard to get a prescription through... I don't know if it's due to understaffing or what, but if I could, I'd change clinics right now! But I'm already so irritated about asking for a prescription for my grandmother another day that unfortunately, I'll get an opinion and a letter to the National Health Fund. Because I don't know what our contributions are going towards, and they're in the thousands... I rarely write reviews and I'm being mean, but really, how can you function like that... three attempts and I haven't managed to get what I needed...

Unfortunately, the organization of work at this facility leaves much to be desired. On Monday at 9:00 a.m., I spoke with the receptionist and was informed that there were no available appointments for that day. I was advised to arrive on Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. However, upon arrival, it turned out that the doctor only sees patients from 9:00 a.m. This is blatant misinformation and a disregard for their time. Surprisingly, during the pandemic, the clinic managed to operate based on specific appointment times.

This clinic feels like a barbershop! It's 12 noon, I show up at the clinic to be seen by a doctor, only to find that no doctor will see me because they're all fully booked! I'm invited back the next day at 7:30 because there are only a few available appointments in the morning – it's ridiculous to make appointments with a doctor like you would with a hairdresser. How can a situation arise where a patient walking in off the street is refused admission, even though I'm not feeling well, because there are no available appointments!

Today I called for the third time, and after about 13 minutes of waiting, they disconnected me, saying I'm waiting too long. No one answers the phone. It's always a problem that all the doctors are already booked, so I have to ask if they'll see me. Recently, a woman on the other end spoke in an Eastern dialect and didn't quite understand me. I just wanted to get a prescription, but she's sending me to another facility. It's a mockery of patients.
