  I had my first prenatal checkup after the receptionist arrived, and the receptionist was a real disappointment, but what happened to me in the office traumatized my husband and I... We were invited into the office. I lay down and it all started... because the baby was in an unfavorable position, Dr. Tomasz first sighed, then started shaking his head, and the way he was applying the transducer felt like he was trying to stab me in the stomach! I'm three days after the scan, and my lower abdomen hurts! I understand he was trying to do the scan to get a good look at everything, so we tried the second method, and there was no gentleness there either! I literally thought he was going to stab me. At one point, I pointed out that it hurt, and he said he had to do it because he wouldn't examine me... maybe another doctor would be more gentle, but I don't think I'll take the risk and choose this clinic again. I should add that after the scan, the doctor didn't say whether everything was fine or not. The nice woman at the computer only told me there was nothing to worry about, but honestly, I don't know if the results will be reliable. I don't recommend it!

  I don't recommend prenatal testing at this facility. I had my first trimester scan, and the day before, I called to see if we could reschedule – I declined due to work. The doctor spent a full eight minutes with me, not saying a word to my husband or me, just mumbling to herself (I understand she had plans and was pressed for time, as she didn't even let us listen to the baby's heartbeat, didn't ask if we wanted to find out the gender, etc.). The next day, I decided to call and report my dissatisfaction, and was invited to repeat the test. The same situation – the day before, I called to see if we could reschedule – I also declined. The doctor in charge of the facility saw us, so you might think she wanted to erase the stain from the previous visit. Nothing could be further from the truth. It was the worst test of my life. The doctor didn't hide her anger at me during the test, she snapped at me, and I heard things like: "What do you mean? Can you tell me what you didn't like about the last test?" "The previous examination was done well, and you probably read something that it should have been different." "Since you're here, I'll show you THIS CHILD." "Maybe the doctor had a BAD DAY recently, don't you understand?" I lay on the bed and cried, begging for the examination to end. I didn't want to spend another minute there. I felt like I'd been invited for a second examination just to humiliate me. Only after my husband's reaction that he should stop examining me at that point and we were leaving did the doctor calm down and I heard the magical: "Well, what can I do now? I can only apologize." Of course, everything was said in a dramatic, dismissive, and very unpleasant tone. I wholeheartedly advise against it and suggest choosing any other place. I don't question whether the examination was performed correctly or not; I'm not a doctor, but the attitude and respect for the patient there is at an all-time low.

All tests were performed thoroughly and calmly, and Dr. Rybak explained each step in detail and clearly. I appreciated the empathy, patience, and partnership approach—as a father-to-be, I felt included and important.

  I had my second-trimester tests done at this facility. There was an hour's delay. The test was performed thoroughly, but it was conducted in complete silence. After the examination, the doctor said everything was fine and that she didn't see anything to worry about. On the plus side, we were referred for an additional test, a fetal echocardiogram, due to unfavorable biochemistry from the first trimester. Overall, it was okay, but I'll probably go to a different facility for the third prenatal test.
