Poor service: the telephone consultation didn't include test results. An error could have occurred, of course, but the lack of an "apology" reflects poorly on the company's service standards. At the same time, I'd like to emphasize that the doctor himself was very good.

Oh, how we need places like this! I would like to express my immense gratitude to Hipermedica for their professionalism, commitment, and the invaluable help I received during my treatment. Thanks to their thorough diagnosis, the problem was quickly resolved and a further course of action was established. The doctors and staff demonstrated not only extensive knowledge but also empathy, which was incredibly important to me during this difficult time. Dr. Jarosław Kępski is a man full of passion, warmth, and understanding. In addition to providing professional care, he also managed to calm all my fears and anxieties – which is not easy for me ;) I felt cared for at every stage of my treatment. This is a place that truly cares for its patients, both medically and emotionally, and the patient service from the moment I walked in (or over the phone) is truly impressive ;) I highly recommend it!

Dr. Jarosław Kępski is a true gem! He conducts detailed examinations, is focused yet supportive in conversation, patiently explains things, and doesn't rush. In a single, longer visit, you can get an echocardiogram, an EKG, and discuss the results and treatment. I feel 100% taken care of, thank you, and I highly recommend him.

I definitely recommend Hiper Medica. Professional, no waits, and reliable. We'll be returning to Dr. Jarosław Kępski for as long as the treatment requires, and one day longer. :) A wonderful specialist with a wealth of knowledge, patience with patients, and a high level of personal culture.
