  I'm disappointed with my private appointment with Dr. Białogłowski. According to the information provided at the reception desk, I was supposed to wait for a doctor to be called, but while I was waiting, people who came after me were seen without waiting in line. Ultimately, I didn't get an appointment. This type of workflow demonstrates a lack of respect for the patient's time. I don't recommend it.

  The doctors themselves try to help and share their knowledge and experience. The women in the treatment room are also helpful, but the biggest problem is the long waits to see the doctors. Not to mention the registration process, which is very difficult, especially when I want to make an appointment by phone. Best regards, ladies and gentlemen.

  I don't recommend this clinic, especially during the holidays, when some doctors are on vacation and patients aren't registered. Unfortunately, not all ailments can be predicted a few days in advance. However, asking if the doctor can see an additional patient exposes us to some rather unpleasant comments from the doctor (Jadwiga R.), for example, that he doesn't intend to stay until morning. I left in shock.

  My experience with this facility has unfortunately been negative. During my visit to the ENT specialist, I was prescribed strong steroids that had a very negative impact on my body. I felt terrible and took a long time to recover, and the doctor took no responsibility for the treatment's side effects. I also encountered an unpleasant situation with my family doctor – they refused to prescribe basic medications I've been taking for years. I was told that the doctor decides which medications to use. Unfortunately, it seemed as if a specific drug manufacturer was being pushed, even though there are many equivalent alternatives available on the market. This approach raises serious doubts about the objectivity of the recommendations. Furthermore, there were problems with accessing services under the National Health Fund (NFZ). Although the facility has a contract with the National Health Fund (NFZ), there were instances where patients were refused reimbursement appointments, citing a lack of available appointments – only to discover that a private appointment with the same doctor was available on the same day and at the same time. This type of practice, which involves "swindling" patients into paid visits, unfortunately seems to be the norm here. I regret to say that I cannot recommend this facility. It lacks reliability, transparency, and, above all, a respectful approach to patients.
