I booked a remote appointment for a health issue, waited several days, and then received two different appointments on the same day. The doctor called me and said the first appointment had to be in person in Katowice because I live in Warsaw. This didn't work out. The next online appointment was supposed to be for a prescription renewal, but it was canceled because these doctors either don't know how or don't want to renew prescriptions. I'm giving up on this app due to the wasted time and lack of healthcare.

The availability of appointments with a family doctor is a joke. I tried to make an appointment on Wednesday morning, but after three calls and a 20-minute wait, someone answered and suggested Monday. I ended up with overnight care, just like with previous cases. I don't recommend a primary care clinic.

First visit – 40 minutes late. Next visit a month later – exactly the same. Previously, no information, for example, by phone. Can someone compensate us for the time wasted sitting in the waiting room?

I'm not one to give reviews, but after my last attempt to schedule my son's appointment, I won't give him another chance. Once again, we were sent to overnight care because, AGAIN, there were no appointments available, not even for teleconsultations. Doctors are always unavailable, and when they are, they're gracious and unfortunately, they don't treat children well. (As an adult, I wouldn't want to work with such doctors myself.) After my son was transferred to another facility, we now at least know how to properly care for a child, because never before (we went to Holsamed for two years) has he been so thoroughly cared for! This was always done with force and resentment, and because our son refused to cooperate, we were told he needed a psychological evaluation because he "might have" autism due to "this behavior." Getting any information from the receptionists is bordering on impossible, especially regarding scheduling appointments and knowing when they can be scheduled. The doctor turnover also speaks volumes about this place. I highly recommend it! If I had known what it was like there, I would never have enrolled my son there! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
