  I was recently hospitalized for an arthroscopy. I must admit that the orthopedic ward is full of angels 🤩. The entire staff, from the orderlies to the nurses to the doctors, were all truly kind and helpful. You could see the positive emotions and feel the positive energy. I felt very well cared for and professionally prepared for the procedure. The people who work there love what they do! The ward is top-notch, everything is clean and well-maintained. I recommend this type of care to everyone :)))

  The staff's behavior was completely unprofessional, pathetic, and reprehensible. The women at the reception desk brushed me off, claiming I had a viral infection "like everyone else," laughed at my description of my symptoms (I was getting my words mixed up in the stress), and threatened me with a week-long hospital stay (because I'm young) without any justification, laughing along the way. It was clear that the mere presence of patients bothered them. After three hours of waiting, I still hadn't been examined, even though the doctor sat next to these women and actively joked with them, laughing so loudly that the waiting room could be heard. I decided there was no point in waiting in such an atmosphere and went to Poznań for overnight care. There, I underwent comprehensive tests, and it wasn't "a viral infection like everyone else," but a serious kidney infection. I feel very sorry for people for whom this miserable "care" is the only solution in case of illness, and I advise the rest who can afford it to go straight to Poznań to doctors with hearts and not waste time and nerves on these people who have missed their calling.

  My husband and I arrived with a broken leg on Saturday afternoon. The entire team provided excellent service and care. The staff were pleasant and personable. The entire process, from registration to the cast application, took about an hour and a half, so everything went smoothly.
