  I'm giving it one star because it's the lowest possible rating. It is with great disappointment that I must express a very negative opinion about this hospital and the approach of one of the doctors. An elderly member of my family was admitted to the ward and discharged home after a few days with a fever and in very poor general condition – extremely weak, unable to stand independently, and with a high fever. Despite clear symptoms and the obvious need for further observation, the patient was discharged without appropriate diagnostics and without any assistance. Most shocking was the behavior of the attending physician, who bluntly stated that he was not concerned about the patient's condition because he had "finished his shift" and was already elderly and could no longer be helped. Such remarks towards a sick, elderly person are absolutely unacceptable and contrary to basic principles of medical ethics. The lack of empathy, understanding, and responsibility for the patient demonstrates the low level of care at this facility. The family was left alone with a person requiring immediate assistance, without any guidance or support. It turns out that if a person is old, they should be allowed to die in agony. A hospital should be a place where patients feel safe and receive professional care. Unfortunately, in this case, we encountered indifference and disregard. I strongly advise against using this hospital's services and hope the matter will be properly resolved.

  I would like to express my sincerest thanks to the Multi-Profile Internal Medicine Department at Działdowo Hospital for saving my health and life and for the extraordinary care I received during my stay there. I extend my special appreciation to Dr. Janusz Reguła, MD. Thank you, Doctor, for your extensive knowledge, professionalism, and calmness, which gave me a sense of security during difficult times. My thanks also go to the entire nursing team and support staff. Thank you for your professional care, your helping hand, your smile, and every kind word. Your hard work, empathy, and endless patience made the recovery process much easier. Thank you for creating an atmosphere in the department based on respect and kindness.   A visit to the psychiatric ward was dramatic. The visiting room was worse than in many a jail or prison. A dramatic place.
