I would like to express my deep appreciation for the Urology Department in Kwidzyn. The organization of work there is exceptionally high – everything runs smoothly, transparently, and with complete respect for the patient. The nursing staff deserves special recognition for their empathy, kindness, and professional approach, which is evident at every stage of the patient's stay. The stone removal procedure was successful, and my special thanks go to the head physician, Dr. Artur Gibas, who demonstrated not only extensive knowledge and experience, but also a calm and approach that gives patients a sense of security. This is exactly what hospital departments throughout Poland should be like – organized, empathetic, and focused on truly helping patients. The Urology Department in Kwidzyn is an example of how a high standard of care is possible and can be a daily occurrence. I sincerely thank the entire team for their care and professionalism.

Three stars for the right person in the right place: the woman who gave me information about my husband after the accident. But a huge minus for the woman who answers the phone with an Eastern accent. Completely incompetent, she lacks any basic human empathy. I don't know what she's doing there, but she should at least learn some manners.

I would like to share my opinion about the urology department in Kwidzyn and the doctors working there, especially Dr. Gibas. Their professional approach to patients and truly high-quality urology deserve recognition. I was approved for the procedure, even though I was denied access at other facilities. Here, everything went smoothly, and the procedure itself was a complete success. I also recommend the entire staff – the nurses, attendants, and the kitchen staff. The service is very friendly, the food is delicious, and the conditions are conducive to a quick recovery. I recommend this department to everyone, especially those with advanced kidney stones. The professional equipment and new operating room provide a sense of safety and high-quality treatment.
