I arrived in panic in the evening, bitten by a viper. Mr. Jaroszewicz told me to call a taxi and go somewhere in Olsztyn because he wouldn't do anything (the ambulance driver was ready to act). But the head doctor forbade me. I'll add that this is one of two adventures I had with this man, of course the second one was equally rude.

My stay was scheduled for one day for the procedure. I have to tell you, everything surprised me completely. From the moment I was admitted to the hospital to the moment I was discharged, everything was positive. The nurses and customer service were professional, the positive attitude towards patients was normal, and my faith in people and the normal treatment of patients was restored, not just another number in the statistics. Therefore, I highly recommend this facility to everyone, especially Dr. Purpurowicz. The normal approach to patients restores my faith in doctors and the healthcare system. Thanks should also go to the operating room staff, where the atmosphere was truly wonderful. Therefore, I highly recommend it to anyone interested to experience the reality of how positive it is there.

In the afternoon, I reported to the Laboratory Diagnostics Department, urgently needing test results to assess whether I required hospitalization for CITO. Wioleta Żurwska-Naumczyk, MSc, saw me without the slightest delay, with complete professionalism and empathy. The tests were performed efficiently, and I received the results very quickly, which was crucial for further medical management. I would like to emphasize that this was not a one-off situation—I have had tests performed several times at unusual times. I have never been refused assistance, and I have always been met with kindness, respect, and a high level of competence. I am extremely grateful for such a professional and humane approach. I wholeheartedly recommend the Laboratory Diagnostics Department.
