  I have been to this hospital twice before with some problems, but last night was serious, actually, our biggest problem as people from other countries is explaining our problems in Polish. But last night there was a male doctor. He understood me easily and my problem too. And last night I had an operation at the UCK hospital, for which I am eternally grateful. God bless you,❤️

  I would like to share my opinion after my stay in the pediatric ward, hoping it will be considered constructive feedback that will help improve the quality of care for our youngest patients and their caregivers. We were admitted to the ward with a child suspected of having pneumonia. The diagnosis was ultimately bronchiolitis, which can happen, of course. Unfortunately, further diagnostic challenges arose during the hospitalization. The child developed a rash, which was later diagnosed as herpes. It later turned out to be a rash associated with atopic dermatitis and perioral lesions. Despite the misdiagnosis, the child was given medication for herpes, which, as a parent, greatly concerned me. Cleanliness was also a major drawback. The room we stayed in wasn't thoroughly cleaned until the third day of our stay. In a pediatric ward where sick children are housed, hygiene should be an absolute priority. I also encountered an unpleasant situation in the parents' kitchen. I was asked to leave by the cleaning lady when I wanted to wash a baby's bowl because the kettle was being descaled. Washing the bowl would have taken literally a minute. In such places, the needs of children and their caregivers should be treated with greater empathy and understanding. I would also like to draw attention to the lack of privacy on the ward. Large windows between the rooms allow for views of patients from all sides. This caused significant discomfort. The lack of blinds or other screens makes both children and their caregivers feel deprived of privacy. I hope that these comments will be taken seriously and will contribute to improving the conditions and quality of care on the pediatric ward.

  One of the ladies at the front desk, I understand, is working as a paycheck? What difference does it make what time I call to make an appointment with the doctor? Should I plan ahead for my illness? Or should I anticipate feeling worse in the afternoon? If there are no available appointments with the family doctor, just say so, without jumping out and shouting at the patient…

  I advise everyone against the White House. From the receptionist, who sits with a stick up her ass and lacks any empathy for others, to the "doctors" who have as much knowledge as the average person walking by on the sidewalk. They lack the knowledge and nothing to help. Not to mention the Ukrainians, who were probably taken straight from the front lines to earn extra money. 😆 If you're going to treat people like this, maybe get a real job instead of just sitting around waiting for your shift to pass!

  I ended up there yesterday after a fall on the ice. The radiologist's behavior warrants a warning from her employer! The charming doctor speaks beautifully about her patients after they've finished their examination. I've heard, for example, that I'm surprised my head hurts after falling on the ice. Well, with that attitude, you could work in a crematorium.
