  Very pathetic and uncooperative service. Ibooked appointment here. They did not inform us that the doctor was unavailable for a particular day. Another day, we were little bit late because of unavoidable circumstances. We told them before our appointment that we will be 10 min late but they canceled our appointment.

  I wholeheartedly recommend it! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the professionalism and care for your patient. Registration is very efficient. The staff is polite, helpful, and always finds a convenient time and notifies you via text message if you're due to a delay. The doctors are true specialists – competent and dedicated. They dedicate as much time as needed to each patient, thoroughly explaining the diagnosis and proposed treatment. The place is modern, clean, and friendly, and an additional advantage is the parking lot exclusively for clinic patients. A visit here is a comfortable experience. I highly recommend it to everyone.

  Reading the comments, I think the doctor had a bad day, because my visit lasted exactly 9.5 minutes. He scanned my testicles, examined a rash, or something similar, and assessed it as nothing serious. The symptoms are still unresolved, and the 10-minute visit cost 300 PLN. Personally, I don't recommend him because, paying that much, one would expect results. Oh well.

  Today's appointment didn't go through – we were about 4 minutes late, and Dr. Anna K. was already gone... despite being informed by phone that we'd be at the clinic in 2 minutes. Of course, the delay was my fault, but the appointment time for one patient is 15 minutes. We'd previously spent about 3 minutes with this doctor in the office, and today would probably be similar, yet we arrived for nothing. My child was excused from school, I was excused from work, and I didn't make it to the appointment. The approach to the patient was minute-to-second. In a phone conversation about the situation, the manager of HSM Clinic Zakopianka said she'd never been late before... I just want to congratulate the clinic (a private facility, I might add) on its punctuality and treatment of its clients/patients.

  Anna K. is very weak because just because something seems logical to her doesn't mean it's logical to me, firstly, and secondly, when I pay for a visit, I want to have something checked thoroughly, not later when it turns out to be simply wrong, because I also don't grasp everything during the visit and then I realize that I've learned practically nothing because the doctor doesn't listen to what I'm saying.
