The receptionists spoke English very well, it was easy to make an appointment. The nurses as well and were friendly. When I left on Saturday the 2 girls at the reception forgot their politeness though. Interrupting their very interesting, I'm sure, conversation to say hello and goodbye must be too much effort.

I had a CT scan here and was very happy with my experience. The staff are sympathetic, professional, and punctual, despite having a full patient roster. The “pre-existing conditions” questionnaire was available in English too.

I have been here several times and every time I come here I am very satisfied with the service. The staff are friendly and polite. The staff can speak English which makes me feel comfortable and not uncomfortable. Parking is convenient and free for 3 hours. I recommend this place. It is the best in Krakow.

Avoid this place, they did the test for my wife based on a referral from Luxmed but after it was done they asked us for extra payments because the doctor did some extra tests that were out of the referral and they claimed to be necessary. the customer service is very bad when it comes to resolving this issue as they simply took it in "Pay it without complaining as everyone does"
