I would like to sincerely thank the ambulance crew from the Koronowo Public Healthcare Center (SPZOZ) on duty on February 21, 2026 (morning). My mother was in need of medical attention, and during the visit and transport to the hospital, the paramedics demonstrated complete professionalism, calmness, and tremendous commitment. From the very first moment, empathy, a professional approach, and a high level of medical competence were evident. The entire process was smooth, providing a sense of security and proper care during a difficult time. Thank you for your kindness, support, and professional assistance—this kind of attitude builds trust in the healthcare system and deserves the highest praise.

This center is stuck in the communist era. Its only saving grace is its relatively friendly staff, but the infrastructure, the number of doctors, and the lack of rehabilitation (the wait for it is a year and a half) are all appalling. Why is there a new health center in Koronowo when the old one is so empty because there are no specialists?

I'd give a rating lower than zero, but that's not possible. This review concerns the Koronowo clinic at Paderewskiego 33. A patient registered with a general practitioner isn't notified that the doctor won't be available for the appointment they were scheduled for two weeks earlier. The receptionists must be punishing them if they can't inform the patient and re-register. To make matters worse, we called to make sure, and unfortunately, despite registering earlier, we couldn't register for the new appointment. I hope the new director will take care of this clique and clean up the mess at this clinic. I should emphasize that this isn't the first time this has happened; there have been many similar cases. This is not how you treat a patient.
