  We went to the emergency room in the evening after an accident that morning. I hadn't felt ill all day, and apart from the pain, everything was fine, so I hoped it would subside. When the pain persisted, we decided to come to the hospital. From the very beginning, we were treated very unpleasantly. Instead of admitting the patient normally, the ER woman began berating us for not coming immediately, as if the patient had the responsibility to know for themselves when the injury would become serious. Zero empathy, zero understanding – just resentment. Another incident involved the X-ray room. The line was long, and we waited about half an hour for the person responsible for X-rays to even show up at the hospital and begin work. Upon entering the room, we overheard an inappropriate comment about patients, which was extremely unprofessional. Then, for another 20 minutes, nothing happened before the first patient was admitted. The second, even more disturbing, incident occurred when we received the X-ray report and disc. Entering the room through the slightly ajar door, the smell of cigarettes was clearly noticeable. Inside, several staff members, including the X-ray technician, were standing by the open door, chatting and smoking. It's hard to describe this as anything other than a complete lack of professionalism and respect for patients. In my opinion, such behavior should not occur in any hospital, and certainly not in an emergency room. Patients come for help, not judgment, complaints, and rude comments. The atmosphere, staff attitude, and work organization leave much to be desired.

  A stay in the surgical ward is practically identical to a hospital stay. The procedure performed by Dr. Dawcewicz was performed efficiently, and everything was as planned (the diagnosis was made by the doctor on the first visit without the need to consult previous documentation – flawless). The medical staff is professional and incredibly empathetic. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and each has its own bathroom. The food is excellent. My colleagues and I feel very well cared for.

  From entering the hospital to leaving, I felt cared for and treated with kindness and respect. The receptionists were incredibly kind and considerate, and the gynecology department even surpassed Leśna Góra. The nurses and attendants were incredibly caring, helpful, and always smiling. The surgery was performed quickly and efficiently, and the results were fantastic! I am grateful to all the women, especially Dr. Kubisa, an empathetic, caring, and incredibly professional doctor who makes the impossible possible. THANK YOU!!!
