The obstetrics and gynecology ward. I have a very strange memory, three months after giving birth. At 8 cm dilation, the entire team came out for a cesarean section and said, 'If anything happens, please look for us in the cesarean section room.' At the last minute, my husband called the team. Five minutes later, there was no one to deliver the baby. No one told me how many points my baby had, no one asked if I wanted vaccinations, and the entire delivery ended with curettage without anesthesia. To me, this is inhumane. Regarding the baby, every nurse shift has a different point of view. If it weren't for the fact that I already have one child, I would probably have gone crazy from the misinformation. My only happiness was the midwife who delivered my baby. Blonde, young... You were my angel right now. Thank you so much, you do your job to the best of your ability. You are the best, and thank you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Natural childbirth on December 8th. Midwives like these are a treasure!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I'd like to share my experience at the ENT department. The staff was always friendly and eager to help. The doctor who operated on me was clearly committed both before and after the procedure. (Colonel Plkc. Arkadiusz Kasztelan) As for the food, it's a matter of taste... the milk soups were great 😊

Children's ward. I had the opportunity to visit my daughter in the spring. I'll start with the nurses. The nurses were very rude, rude, and arrogant. They showed no respect for others. My daughter cried constantly and refused to eat. One nurse contemptuously stated that if I didn't want to eat, she wasn't hungry. I'll just add that after leaving the hospital, I had to go to a hospital in Lublin with my child because he kept crying (gastroesophageal reflux). Doctors don't communicate with each other. One doctor says one thing, another the other. Different doctors give different diagnoses. Kettles are covered in scale and filthy, smelling of burning plastic. To boil water for my child's milk, I had to buy a kettle because I wouldn't drink from one myself. The parents' restrooms have no flush buttons, and the restrooms are cold. I hope the renovations will improve things. The rooms are quite large, and the nurses keep the rooms clean. The hospital's demand was poor; I had to buy a probiotic for my child at the pharmacy. Never again!! From then on, I'll only go to Lublin. I don't recommend it.

I highly recommend the ENT Department and Dr. Kasztelan 🙂 I had nasal septum surgery, and everything went smoothly. I felt well cared for from the start – the staff was friendly, helpful, and answered questions without hesitation. There was a double room with a bathroom. There was no need to ask for pain medication. Dr. Kasztelan is a very energetic and friendly doctor – he has a great approach to patients, creates a friendly atmosphere, and immediately inspires trust while remaining very professional. The procedure itself and recovery were seamless.

After a week, I left the orthopedic ward and what a pleasant surprise! Despite my hysteria, the staff handled everything very professionally. The nurses were very kind and helpful. Best hospital I've ever been to (I hope it's the last one) 😉😊
