The person on the reception didn’t allow us to get inside, even though we have NFZ. He said we have to pay to be able to get inside and treated. He did not check our document properly so we need to call many people to explain him in detail then he convinced. We lost 20 minutes.

I met Dr. Tomasz Roszkowski during a very stressful period of my pregnancy. He might be the most empathetic and kind doctor I’ve ever seen. He informed me very clearly and helped me feel at ease with his professionalism. Thankfully, everything turned out fine in the end, but he definitely helped me go through the process with less anxiety. We were also able to communicate easily in English. I’m very grateful to him and also to the other hospital staff, who were all very polite and attentive. Thank you so much!

I have to thank everyone at this hospital for their compassion and professionalism. Every doctor and nurse explained everything that was happening with a lot detail. I always had choice and agency. All the doctors spoke to me in English and when you are going through a traumatic situation it’s a huge relief to hear your own language. They managed my pain and were patient and understanding. I never felt alone or confused. Thank you all, I’m very grateful for the care I received.

We arrived at the center with a one-year-old child with a five-day fever. We were unable to visit the doctor because the emergency department assured us that we would have to wait a very long time, since there was only one pediatrician on shift at that time. And they advised me to go to another hospital, although the queue there refused for at least 3 hours. We were very upset by this attitude.

I am writing about my wife story. If you want to be treated like a thing not a person you should go to this "hospital". "Profesor", which was resposibible for checking if my wife should have cesarean told her to go to mental doctor if she want operation, because he does not see any chance for cesarean. I am worried that they don't have specialists available, which are able to do any operation properly. You should avoid this "hospital".
