  I thought they would help me and my husband. After four cycles of treatment, I was unfortunately referred because my case was too difficult, and I left devastated. However, I found a doctor elsewhere and got pregnant on the first cycle. It's a shame the Institute doesn't have a doctor who is also an endogynecologist. Unfortunately, you can't get to see the best doctors at the Institute because of the long waiting list. The doctors' approach, long appointment times, and very nice reception staff are definitely positive. We're happy with the andrologist/urologist; he made the right diagnosis for my husband. So, I recommend them in part, but not in part. Someone will find help, but unfortunately, some won't. My friend also had a similar experience. They didn't help her at the Institute, and she got pregnant with another doctor. For simpler, more standard cases, the Institute will definitely be a good choice. The place is generally friendly, but I won't be returning if my husband and I plan to have another child.

  I wholeheartedly recommend this place and Prof. Radosław Maksym. Thanks to a quick, accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment, I'm now holding my beloved, long-awaited child. Previously, at another infertility "treatment" clinic, I was repeatedly persuaded to try IVF, essentially without any diagnostic workup. It was only at the Family Institute that Prof. Maksym diagnosed the problems and implemented effective treatment. The reception staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Thank you on behalf of our entire family ❤️

  I must admit from the outset that we felt uncomfortable and alienated in this place. Dr. Maksym was unsympathetic, didn't present us with a treatment plan, ordered a multitude of tests, and didn't explain their purpose. Treatment consisted of adding supplements. On the plus side, the doctor diagnosed my wife with endometriosis – a very minor one on one of her ovaries. However, on the downside, given our limited ovarian reserve, he recommended laparoscopy, which could have worsened the reserve even further. We obtained four independent medical opinions, all of which advised against surgery. Furthermore, the scheduled laparoscopy (almost two years away) seemed too far away. Dr. Maksym referred us to St. Sophia Hospital, explaining that the procedure would be performed properly there. By comparison, the waiting time at other Warsaw hospitals is 2-3 months. Regarding the patency test with Lipiodol, it was presented to us as a method that increases fertility and helps with endometriosis. This test is significantly more expensive than the Lipiodol-free option. However, it's important to note that it doesn't produce the desired results in all patients. Before deciding on this form of testing/treatment, I recommend researching the topic in more detail or seeking the opinion of other specialists. It's worth noting that NaProTechnology diagnoses various causes of infertility, although other clinics also offer similar diagnostics. The Institute will not suggest the possibility or, in some medical cases, the necessity of assisted reproductive technology (ART) because they ideologically do not recognize it as a method of treating infertility, which they are fully entitled to do. However, it's worth knowing that, legally, according to the Act of June 25, 2015, on the Treatment of Infertility, medically assisted reproduction procedures, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), are a legally recognized form of infertility treatment in Poland. Ultimately, as believers and after consultations with priests, we decided to continue treatment at another facility offering assisted reproductive technologies, where we received a detailed action plan, a treatment plan, and psychological support and empathy.

  Dr. Natalia Suszczewicz is a doctor by vocation. Our first beloved child had fatal heart defects and died at the age of three. I missed my period due to stress, I have PCOS, I'm overweight, I have insulin resistance, Hashimoto's disease, and hypothyroidism. I managed to get pregnant and stay pregnant (the latter thanks to the doctor, who kept me informed and adjusted my medications and pregnancy vitamins at every stage of my pregnancy). A month ago, I gave birth to a healthy daughter. I highly recommend seeing her if anyone is having difficulty getting pregnant or staying pregnant. We hope to see you again when we try for another baby. Thank you again!
