This review applies solely to Ms. Kornelia Gromek; I don't want it to negatively impact other specialists. Ms. G. arrived at the office a moment late and was rude from the very beginning – she yelled at the next patient in line when she asked if she should wait at this office or 412. My appointment was scheduled for a diagnosis of a problem with a four-year-old child. My daughter was mentally and physically prepared for the examination, but she became very stressed when she was about to lie down on the bed. She started crying and wouldn't let go of me. Understandably, she's a four-year-old CHILD. Unfortunately, Ms. G. began to loudly express her impatience, emphasizing that our time was almost up and that I needed to take off my daughter's dress immediately and lay her on the bed. She added that the child's behavior was not normal. This caused even more stress for both my daughter and me. I tried to calmly explain to my daughter how the examination would proceed, that it was painless, etc. But with all these emotions, it was difficult to calm her down. Ms. G.'s unpleasant comments didn't help. Ultimately, the examination was successful. When I asked if she saw anything alarming, I received the answer: "She has mental health issues, not X." How can someone make such an opinion in the presence of such a young child? I couldn't find any information that she had a higher education in psychology, so on what basis could she make such a terrible and unfair statement? She also added that "she's never had a bigger circus in her office." A complete lack of professionalism. Only after the visit did I look through the reviews and find a very similar one about the same doctor. So this isn't an isolated incident, but rather normal behavior on Ms. Gromek's part. I strongly recommend asking at the registration desk who will be performing the examination and avoiding appointments with Ms. Gromek. My daughter's visit was intended to diagnose the problem, but it may turn out to only worsen it due to the doctor's terrible behavior.

This review won't be about the doctor, but rather about the reception staff. While patients wait in the hallway, they can't hear themselves think because the women are so absorbed in conversation with a man on another floor. Laughter throughout the hallway, private conversations, "come for coffee"—they can't even say "goodbye" to a patient. The behavior is reprehensible, frivolous, and unprofessional. The staff clearly forgot they were here for work, and they could arrange a private meeting afterward. I suggest reprimanding the staff or hiring someone who will treat work as a duty, not a social gathering.

Today I had a private CT scan. Despite a minor glitch, the service was very pleasant. The woman who performed the scan was very kind; I could tell she was also worried about the issue. Hmmm... Sitting in the waiting room for the scan, which took longer, I could hear what was happening at the reception desk. The woman at desk number 2 wore glasses and was very rude. She came to ask where the rehabilitation center was. She yelled and said she didn't know. The woman politely replied that she could have been nicer. When she took me in for the scan, she didn't even look me in the eye. She just asked if I could take card or cash. For the scan, and the woman who performed it, 10 points for the woman at desk number 1.

I'd share if I could get through. How long can you wait as the first person in line? 15 minutes? I've been to the branch many times, and it never takes that long to register on-site. I've been calling for a while now, and they can't get through, because how long can you wait?
