I'm very pleased with the services provided by this facility. Registration is done online, and the wait for patients is just a minute. Compared to other clinics (where I waited 1.5 hours longer than my scheduled appointment), this is a truly patient-friendly place. I recommend Dr. Mateusz Burduk, an ophthalmologist – an extremely friendly and kind doctor, full of empathy and immense knowledge. The nurse on duty at the office is also wonderful and kind. Appointments are, of course, long, but worth the wait.

Shocking, that's what I experienced when I called to check in with the doctor. The receptionist must have been having a bad day and took all her frustration out on me. Although, reading other reviews, this kind of treatment of patients seems to be the norm at this facility and has been for years. Unbelievable!!! I think taking it out on a patient just because the previous one upset me is very unprofessional. I apologize, but I don't care and I don't want to hear it. I'm sorry, but it's not my problem, it's this woman's. If you're not fit for this job, it's time to change! Sick and elderly people call the clinic, and I think they deserve a little empathy and respect. Hello!!! The communist era is over.

I've used them several times over the past few months. I've always managed to get through without any major problems, even though I've called at different times. They're good specialists (I've used cardiology and neurology services), but there are occasional delays, but twice I was seen on time. For me, the clinic is definitely a plus; I'm satisfied.
