A highly recommended facility, with great staff and relatively quick appointments. The place is bright, clean, and uncrowded. I recommend Dr. Paweł Filarecki, who has saved our lives many times, a wonderful family doctor with a true passion. Intermed also offers antenatal classes, led by the excellent Beatka and Renia. Małgorzata, the receptionist, is kind and helpful. I encourage those writing negative reviews to work as a receptionist for a day; I personally couldn't handle it, and the staff are truly patient and do their job well. I've never encountered any negligence or bad behavior at this place, from the cleaning staff to the doctors. It's located in a quiet area, with easy parking. I highly recommend it!

Reading the reviews, I agree with the reception desk. One of the staff members, a young woman, was very polite, helpful, and friendly. However, the other, an older woman with short hair and glasses, seemed like she was being held there as a punishment. Her demeanor left much to be desired – her pretentious remarks suggested that patients had no right to information. Furthermore, her tone was inappropriate. It's no wonder the facility has low ratings, as the visit itself was very positive and I was satisfied. Unfortunately, this woman's treatment of patients affected my opinion of the facility.
