I went for a quick fix. It went smoothly enough, the doctor well experienced and explained everything well. But the lady at the desk wasn't very nice, she laughed at the way I speak Polish (living abroad for 23 years and I am 26). Felt quite uncomfortable after being laughed at while I'm standing there, it's ok laugh at me when I don't know it next time please ;)

I would like to wholeheartedly thank Ms. Aneta Hałasa from the HTM facility in Puławy. Professionalism is standard these days – but empathy, attentiveness, and genuine human warmth are something absolutely exceptional. Ms. Aneta is not only a wonderful nurse. She is someone who can calm you down with a single glance, encourage you with a single word, and make even a difficult moment feel lighter with her presence. You can feel that she does her job out of a calling, from the heart – not out of obligation. Her gentleness, patience, and genuine care for her patients are something that will remain in the memory for a long time. In the world of medicine, where everything happens quickly, she knows how to stay close to you. And that makes the biggest difference. HTM in Puławy has a true treasure in its team. If every facility had an Aneta like her, the word "care" would take on a whole new meaning. Thank you for your heart, your professionalism, and for the fact that there are still people who heal not only with a procedure, but with their presence.

Upon arrival at the clinic, we unfortunately discovered that our appointment was delayed by two hours. We were not informed of this in any way, even though a phone number was provided during registration. The receptionist asked if we would wait that long and that there wasn't a bakery here. The arrival at Puławy took almost an hour; we were eager to see our patient as quickly as possible (we have serious health issues). The approach to the patient was a joke.

I never have a problem when I call. Quick connection and very friendly service. Someone must have gotten off on the wrong foot or had a bad day writing such a negative comment. They should sign up for Luxmed and see how long the wait is for a doctor. I know something about that. Best regards, and don't listen to the nonsense that things have gotten worse.
