  We came across the Intimed clinic and saw good reviews of Dr. Katarzyna Pośpiech-Gąsior, MD. Nothing could be further from the truth. After several contacts with the clinic, unfortunately, we can't say enough good things. We called the clinic to schedule a phone consultation. We knew the cost of the call might be higher, so we offered to call the doctor on the agreed-upon date. However, we received a reply that there was no need, and that she would make the call. A phone consultation date was scheduled, an email with the account number was sent, and we paid the consultation fee. Two days later, we received a call saying the doctor was not available at that time and asked if we could reschedule. We agreed. The consultation was rescheduled for the following day. After 15 minutes, we received another call saying the consultation needed to be rescheduled. We were surprised, but mistakes happen, so we didn't see a problem with rescheduling another appointment within three days. Finally, two days later, we received an email (based on the email address) from the doctor's private account stating that they don't accept international numbers and that we need to cancel the appointment. The message itself was written in a very rude manner. Not to mention the fact that we weren't informed of this when scheduling the appointment; on the contrary, the international number was accepted without any problem. Lack of professionalism, contradictory information, and a general mess in the clinic's management. We are pleased that the appointment was canceled. If the doctor's knowledge, skills, and, above all, empathy are as good as the clinic's organization, then it's a good thing. The doctor considered the costs (which, by the way, we wanted to cover from the very beginning) and, without seeking any other solution or contacting us, suggested canceling the appointment (she only suggested providing a Polish phone number for contact, but I won't comment on that solution). I think some doctors forget their Hippocratic oath while building their medical careers. It's sad, I don't recommend the clinic.
