The lady doctor is focused only on money - the moment the doctor was changed to another one, the lady doctor stopped being nice - she became rude and unfit for conversation - I advise against it with all my heart - there are a lot of other, better doctors in Bielsko.

I was a patient of Aleksandra Muskała-Bylica for almost 10 years (in her office on Żywiecka Street). I had checkups on average every six months. For a few years, I complained of certain ailments, and she assured me everything was fine. The ailments were typical symptoms of a later-stage uterine fibroid. So, please tell me how it is that I have a uterine fibroid that's over 9 cm! This can't be grown in a few weeks or months. After seeing you, I went to another doctor, who immediately diagnosed a tumor. I won't ask about your morals, as that would be pointless. I'm not the first patient whose fibroids you haven't diagnosed. Bielsko-Biała is a small town, so word travels fast. Dear Madam, I'm informing you on the forum that I will be contacting a lawyer. I won't let this matter drop. I trusted you, and you endangered my physical and mental health. Physical and mental health, because we're talking about years of persistent ailments that contributed to a general feeling of being very unwell, plus the threat of a hysterectomy, which could have been avoided. I'm a young woman who may be deprived of being a mother. All it took was a diagnosis and preventing it from growing to such a size.

I highly recommend Aleksandra! Friendly, professional, and comprehensive service :) Aleksandra devotes ample time to her patients and answers all their questions! She has excellent equipment and, above all, skills. This was my first visit, but I plan to return. The office is modern and the front desk staff is excellent :) Best regards!

I don't know why I got these positive reviews, probably just the room's decor. A while ago, the doctor examined me gynecologically during my pregnancy, knowing I was traveling to Norway to give birth there. First thing in Norway, the best hospital in the north wrung their hands, explaining that staph is rampant in Poland and is transmitted (very frequently) through gynecological examinations in Poland, which is why I had to be quarantined... The qualified doctor explained thoroughly that it was a good thing I didn't agree to further tests from the doctor, as she couldn't verify it, and those 'extras' were just for money. Overall, I felt disgusted by the rude behavior. Best regards, and once again, I'm convinced that doctors in Poland aren't there to treat people.
