The woman in the ER was very helpful and immediately directed us to the appropriate department. The maternity ward itself was very pleasant, with helpful and polite nurses and doctors. The ward was sparsely populated, quiet, and peaceful. The rooms were all tidy and warm, some with bathrooms. TV was available for an additional fee. Parking was ample and free. The food was also good.

I was on the slopes with my son after an injury. He quickly got an X-ray. It took a bit longer to see the doctor, but it was still a lot better than in crowded Jelenia Góra.

There's no doctor to examine a patient in an emergency. You wait, and then a grumpy nurse informs you that the doctor won't be coming, or that it's unclear how many hours later he "might" be coming. Tragic! In Lviv, no problem. The nurses are very nice, and the doctor sees you almost immediately. In Lviv, you can, but in Lubań, you can't... that could shut this mess down!

I was rushed to the emergency room. My X-ray was taken in just a few minutes, and I waited 30 minutes for the doctor. I'm completely satisfied.

I confirm all the negative opinions. Whenever I come here, whether for my own business or with a sick child, the waiting time is always at least 1.5 hours. They don't care about the patient. This is how it is. This time I came here before 6 p.m. and I've been waiting for over 1.5 hours. When I go to remind myself that I'm here, I'm still waiting for the doctor. If he wasn't there, he's not there. Maybe he's watching some important TV show and they don't want to interrupt him. They should raze this facility to the ground and use this space for any other purpose. Whatever is built here will always be more useful.
