  I want to join the ranks of positive reviews. I had surgery and am very pleased with both the successful procedure and the care I received. I'm from Gliwice, and I immediately noticed a huge difference in literally everything, especially in the treatment of patients, respect for their privacy, empathy, and even the method of treatment. Plus, plenty of food, just like normal people. The doctor performing the procedure had a sense of humor, the anesthesiologist made sure there was no pain, and the nurses took care of post-operative care. After leaving the hospital, a week later, I had a check-up—something you can only dream of in Gliwice. Thank you! - Jolanta Juszczyk

  I was denied admission for kidney problems – in Mikołów, I was admitted immediately to the ward and hospitalized for several days. In Żory, the rude receptionist was rude and immediately refused admission, referring me to my family doctor (on a Friday afternoon). In Mikołów, I was admitted immediately from the hospital without any disrespect and received the necessary CT scan. I will never return to that hospital. I hope the receptionist will also be turned away one day.

  My son and I recently spent time in the pediatric ward. I wanted to share my opinion because I'm very pleased with the way the staff and doctors took care of my son. Thank you so much for helping my child, and I also want to thank the nurses and doctors for their help and support – they're very nice people, always smiling, and have a great approach to the child. :) Being in the hospital in this environment immediately makes staying there a lot better. :))) And if my child requires hospitalization, I'll definitely be back. :) 💜

  The lady at the reception desk in the emergency room is a disaster. She should stay home if she has no empathy. The wet floor is more important than the sick person. Zero people and the doctor comes in 1.5 hours.

  I just wanted to write that, thanks to the kindness of a doctor (an elderly gentleman) at Christmas care a few months ago morning, my son was admitted out of line and quickly referred to the hospital in Rybnik for emergency surgery. Thanks to this, he avoided permanent disability (testicular torsion). For that, 5/5. However, when we recently came in with my son's injury and there was no one to look, he did an X-ray -2 stars. In Orzepowice, the doctor at the surgery told us, "Oh, Żory, everything is clear..." Unfortunately, there's a shortage of pediatric surgery in Żory... Unfortunately, the hospital in Żory requires investment and expansion (perhaps the building could be extended with additional floors?). The needs are growing, the population is growing... And we, the residents, have to wander around neighboring towns in emergencies. The question is, what if someone doesn't have a car? How do you get to Orzepowice in the middle of the night? Taxi? Not everyone can afford one.
