The nurse in the cardiology department, though very nice, could make a minimal effort to ensure people have better scheduling of Holter monitors and other appointments, and to ensure the order of appointments is fair, rather than "who complains the loudest in the hallway." Maybe it's just habit, because the National Health Fund works this way, I don't know. The number of hours wasted waiting in that waiting room must be absurd – sometimes it's crowded, sometimes there's no one there. For a cardiologist appointment, the standard wait time is 2-3 hours from the scheduled time – when I ask why, I receive a smiling reply that that's just how it is here. Couldn't we just schedule someone a little later? Let's respect each other's time, let's respect each other...

I recommend cardiologist Katarzyna. A true doctor. A doctor who wants to heal and help the patient. A doctor who is thrown out the door but comes back in through the window. She doesn't give up despite the challenges the system presents. She fights even when there's no hope.

I don't recommend this place to women. It's all about the doctor who sees patients there (a gynecologist). She lacks manners, in short, yells and mocking laughter, and her behavior is abysmal, even throwing them out of the office. Anyone with emotional issues shouldn't come to work. When I come to a doctor, I want to be treated professionally and treated with dignity, listened to, and examined. In this situation, I was forced to leave the office due to her lack of professionalism. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR. I received no help; quite the opposite. I've never encountered behavior like Dr. M.'s—a loud and arrogant woman.

I'm waiting for a call in the queue. After 5 minutes of waiting, number 5 moved to number 4. It's a complete disgrace, how long can you talk? How long can a sick person wait?
