The management should take a closer look at the receptionists' behavior. While trying to register a child, I spent several minutes listening to the ladies cooking broth. When they finally deigned to interrupt their conversation, they served me impersonally. Communism is long behind us, ladies. Not to mention customer service (because a clinic is also a business), but it's appropriate to have at least a modicum of respect for others.

The doctor and the woman in the treatment room at the allergy clinic are very rude, not to mention treating you like an idiot. Their communication standards with patients are below decency. But there's a shortage of doctors; some treat patients with a vengeance as if they had the right to treat them like a fool. It's sad. I don't recommend it, and if necessary, I advise you to prepare yourself mentally.
